runZero calculates the number of recently seen assets based on how many have been scanned in the last 30 days. In addition, third party data that indicates a device has been seen in the last 30 days will cause the corresponding asset to count as recently seen.
If a range of network addresses is left unscanned, the devices in that range will stay marked as online, as runZero has no information to confirm that they are offline. They can stay in that state for more than 30 days, at which point they will count as online, but not count as recently seen.
