The software inventory in runZero isn't the traditional inventory where an installed agent enumerates all of the software installed on a host. Instead, the runZero Explorer records software visible from a network scan. This will generally include database servers, web servers and web applications, file servers, and so on.
The runZero Explorer alone cannot detect software that doesn't have any network services, such as word processing software.
If you have a software inventory product such as SentinelOne that uses an installed agent to catalog software, you can connect it to runZero and import the information into your runZero software inventory.
