Layer 2 information and Fortinet devices

runZero cannot obtain layer 2 information from SNMP for Fortinet routers and switches.

Fortinet devices respond to SNMP like a Linux server rather than a switch, and do not provide layer 2 data via any of the normal MIBs. runZero will attempt to obtain limited layer 2 information using the ARP cache.

Products which obtain layer 2 information from Fortinet devices do so either by logging in and using SSH to query the devices, or by accessing the FortiManager API. runZero does not currently support these methods.
