If you are a runZero customer and contact support, you should receive an automatic email reply with a URL you can use to register a password for this portal.
Note that the password is different from your runZero console password.
If you have contacted support before, you can use the Login link at top right, then click the link for "Forgot your password?" You will be sent an email to allow you to set or reset a password.
