If you would like to cancel your account, please contact support via one of the following methods:
- Using this support portal.
- Using the Support link within the web console (at the top right in the Help and Support menu).
- By emailing support@runzero.com.
The first two methods are best. We can downgrade your account to a community license, or delete it entirely.
If you would like your account completely deleted, it's safest if you delete the asset data yourself. The easiest way to bulk delete the assets is to use the console to delete your organization(s), which will cause the assets to be deleted. We can then delete the rest of the account information for you.
