If your account is locked out from runZero, you can ask one of the administrators of your runZero account to unlock it for you.
The administrator will need to navigate to the users list, select one or more accounts using the checkboxes on the left, and then click the unlock button above the list.
If you are the only administrator for your runZero cloud account and you have managed to get locked out, you will need to contact runZero support for assistance.
If you are the only administrator and you are running a self-hosted runZero instance, you can reset your password using the rumblectl command:
rumblectl user reset <email>
