An error such as "explorer unavailable after 4h" indicates that a task was set up for the Explorer, but it was busy running other tasks, and eventually the grace period for the task expired.
There are several ways to avoid this:
- Increase the grace period for the task.
- Adjust the start times of tasks so that they don't overlap.
- Increase the concurrency level on the Explorer. This is not an option when running the Explorer on Windows, for technical reasons. To adjust the concurrency, find the Explorer on the Deploy page, and click the gear icon to edit its settings. Note that running multiple tasks at once will require that the Explorer have more RAM and disk space available.
